Mezzanine System

The standard mezzanine framing system comprises steel deck supported by joists into main mezzanine beams. If necessary due to design loads, intermediate columns also support the main beams. The top flange of the joists aligns with the top flange of the primary beams.

Embossments on the top and sides of the deck sheet ribs enhance grip and minimize slip by forming a bond with concrete, akin to normal reinforcement. This setup offers permanent formwork and positive reinforcement. Unlike conventional concrete slab construction, there's no need for erecting, removing, handling, or storing timber/steel formwork, thereby saving valuable time. The ribbed underside (soft fit) presents a clean, uniform, and aesthetically pleasing appearance, reducing the cost of ceiling finishes. MS deck sheet is provided to support suitable floor loads and is covered with formed concrete.

Staircase

Steel structure stairs are popular because of their few fulcrums, high bearing capacity, many shapes, and high technical content. Moreover, it is not easily affected by structures such as columns and floors and is sturdy and durable.

The steel plate of the welded staircase is accurately welded after debugging, and the front and rear are consistent with the left and right after the pedal is installed. All materials and fittings are horizontal and vertical. There are many kinds of materials for welding stairs, including square tubes, round tubes, angle steel, channel steel, and an I-beam, and the shapes are also very diverse.
