Standing Seam Roof System - SSR 600

The Standing Seam panels seamlessly combine the visual appeal of an architectural panel with the robustness of a structural panel. With excellent uplift ratings ensuring roof reliability, they can accommodate roof slopes as low as 1:50. This flexibility empowers designers to tackle any design challenge with ease. Panels for each system are offered in 0.55 mm or 0.6 mm TCT Galvalume, a premium cold-rolled sheet steel coated with a corrosion-resistant blend of aluminum and zinc.

The SS system is a field-seamed solution that combines a sleek rib design with exceptional resistance against uplift forces. Engineered to endure even the harshest conditions, the SS panel features concealed fastening and on-site roll forming for single-length panels, creating seamless roofing systems without the need for piercing. Optionally, factory-installed hot melt mastic ensures weather-tight seams, especially for low slope applications. Renowned for its weather-tight properties, a standing seam roof system stands as the most reliable option in the roofing industry. Special clips accommodate thermal expansion and contraction during temperature fluctuations, while all trim ensures both weather tightness and an aesthetically pleasing finish, elevating the overall appearance of the roof. Additionally, the system requires minimal panel penetration, limited to outside the building envelope, with end laps tightly sealed using unique components or by swaging the panels.
